In front of the entrance of the house there is a firmly covered terrace of 25 sqm with a fantastic view over the surrounding white villages and the mountains. The top of Mount Maroma offers a great view all day long. The terraces around the house have a total area of 120 square meters. The village of Sayalonga can be reached in about 5 minutes via the well-paved mountain paths. The coast can be reached in about 12 km by car.

Málaga city and Malaga airport can be reached in about 50 minutes by car.

In the village of Sayalonga you will find a kindergarten, a pre-school and a primary school and, quite typical for this region, the small supermarkets in the small alleys and streets, a multi-service office, a post office, a small medical center, a pharmacy, a well-stocked household goods store, hairdressers, Car workshops, as well as various bars and restaurants with very good food. At the point where the petanca track is currently located, the house could be expanded to include a guest area. The floor slab is large enough for an extension of approx. 30 square meters.
